Designed to permit students to utilize an individualized strength and body-building
program using a combination of exercise machines and free weights in preparation for
participation in intercollegiate competition. Students may not be concurrently enrolled
in PE 140 or PE 141. Students will additionally engage in a variety of activities
designed to enhance skill development and performance capabilities required for successful
participation in future competitive intercollegiate sport circumstances and events.
