Federal Work Study Program (FWS)
The Federal Work Study (FWS) program provides part-time jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay educational expenses and to gain valuable work experience. The program encourages work related to the student's program of study. Employment opportunities are posted through the Career Center, available work study jobs are posted at hancockcollege.jobspeaker.com/v2/job-board.
Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine eligibility for the FWS program. There are limited FWS funds available at the college. Students interested in FWS should visit our work study page or contact the Financial Aid office.
